Style License Exhange Policy
Exchanges:
Exchanges is a scheme provided by us directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement is offered by Style License.in to you. All products listed under a particular category may not have the same Exchanges policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general Exchanges policy. Do refer the respective item’s applicable Exchanges policy on the product page
Style License providing you 1 Days replacement, Exchange option. Some product may not cover under any replacement, Exchange or Refund.
If different packages have a delivery, time gap of less than 1 days, returns can be processed together and within the return timeframe however you have to inform Style License customer care via email or call. Return are not allow if customer changes his mind after receiving the product or in case of same product delivered to customer. Exchanges is only allow when customer not received the same product which is seen in the website.
Exchangesmust be marked within 1 days after the date of delivery.
Exchanges with the help of customer service:
v Please contact Customer Service on our site, indicating the item(s) you would like to Exchanges and the reason. You will receive a response as soon as possible. Your patience will be highly appreciated.
v After receiving return instructions from us, please package up the item(s) to be returned with the original packing.
v Most Exchanges are processed within 5 business days after we receive your package. We’ll issue the refund to your Unity style wallet if we are not otherwise informed to refund to your payment account in advance. Wallet balance can be used on your next purchase or be withdrawn to your payment account. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
Exchanges Process
Ø Login into Style License account
Ø Find the order in orders tab, Select product which you want to return or refund
Ø Click on “Return button
Ø Mention the reason and submit.
Ø The logistics company will contact you as soon as possible, please wait for the courier to pick up the package or take the sealed package to the nearby mailing point and send to the address of Mumbaishopper return center.
Ø We will confirm the parcel immediately after we receive the return, update the status of the return and refund once the product reached to Mumbaishopper warehouse. The refund will be returned to you Mumbaishopper wallet or to your original payment account.
Regarding Mismatched Products
Style License will not accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first. Please be sure to double check your returns before shipping them out, we will not be held responsible for the return of non-unity style products.
Deduction
Courier service charge will be deducted from total refund. Self-sending shipping fee will be at your own cost. This condition is apply when customer not want the product however he/she received the same which he/she order. But customer not like and change his/her mind.
